Elbrus Cloud (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect on elbruscloud.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, newsletter subscribers, and people who contact us or book a consultation.

Information we collect
When you browse the site
- Server logs. Standard web-server data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Analytics and marketing cookies. If you accept cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and related tools to measure traffic and campaign performance. We do not load non-essential tags until you consent.
- Attribution parameters. UTM campaign tags and paid-channel click identifiers (for example
gclid,fbclid) may be stored in first-party cookies so we can understand which campaigns led to a visit or conversion. These values are not shared with other visitors.
When you submit a form
- Contact form. Name, email, company, subject, and message, plus technical metadata (IP address, user agent) and the attribution snapshot described above.
- Newsletter. Email address, signup source, IP address, and attribution snapshot.
- Scheduling. Name, email, company, optional phone, appointment details, and attribution snapshot when you book or inquire about a consultation.
Advisory phone line
If you call our public advisory number, standard carrier rates apply. Call metadata (time, duration, caller ID) is handled by our telephony provider according to their privacy policy. We do not record calls unless we tell you otherwise at the start of the conversation.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and deliver consulting services you request.
- Send newsletter emails to confirmed subscribers (double opt-in).
- Operate, secure, and improve our website.
- Measure marketing effectiveness and attribute leads to campaigns, including offline conversion reporting to ad platforms when you become a customer.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against abuse (rate limiting, spam prevention).
We do not sell your personal information.
Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies and marketing measurement, contract or pre-contractual steps when you ask us to provide services, and legitimate interests for site security, fraud prevention, and limited analytics in aggregated form.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit we ask whether to accept analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser or contacting us. Essential cookies required for security (for example CSRF protection) are always used.
Third-party services that may receive data when you consent include:
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics
- Google Ads (conversion measurement)
- LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Bing, and TikTok (when configured for campaign measurement)
Retention
Contact messages, bookings, and newsletter records are kept as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer required.
Your choices
- Newsletter. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- Access / deletion. Email info@elbruscloud.com with your request.
- Cookies. Use the consent banner or your browser settings to limit tracking.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, rate limiting, and industry-standard hosting practices. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we work to protect data in proportion to its sensitivity.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
