These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of elbruscloud.com (the “Site”), operated by Elbrus Cloud (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, booking a consultation, or calling our advisory line, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, probe or test its security other than through a written engagement with us, scrape content in bulk, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Informational content, not professional advice
Content on the Site — including blog posts, service descriptions, and resources — is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for tailored professional advice about your specific environment, and reading it does not create a consulting engagement between you and Elbrus Cloud.
Consulting services
Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) signed by both parties. If a written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that engagement. Scheduling a call through the Site does not by itself create an engagement.
Advisory phone line
Our advisory phone line is a paid service billed at the rate stated on the Site or quoted at the start of the call. Advice given on a call is based on the information you provide during the call and is offered without warranty. For work that requires review of your systems or documentation, we will recommend a formal engagement.
Bookings and cancellations
When you book a consultation through the Site you agree to provide accurate contact details. You may reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. We may cancel or reschedule a booking if needed and will notify you at the email you provided.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by Elbrus Cloud or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example, analytics or scheduling providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elbrus Cloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). Liability arising from a signed consulting agreement is governed by that agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Elbrus Cloud harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy and cookie notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
